What happens next

An email starts triage, not a verdict.

CSR checks whether the route is identifiable, the question fits the research desk, and the available record can support a fair review. A nomination or application may be declined, remain under review, or lead to coverage that keeps unknowns, losses, conflicts, and evidence limits visible.
