Fixed cohort recourse audit
Crypto Signal Provider Exit Routes: 16-Provider Cancellation, Refund & Disconnect Audit
After a signal subscription, Telegram membership, bot, or exchange connection goes wrong, the useful question is not whether a policy mentions cancellation. It is which current route you can execute, what it actually stops, which counterparty owns it, and what evidence confirms the action.
Compare exit routesPublic routes checked 2026-07-11. No account, payment, refund, complaint, or API action was executed.
Four actions, in order
Stop exposure before arguing about the outcome
A documented route shows where a user can act. It does not prove that a refund is owed, that support will respond, that a complaint will succeed, or that a provider, payment intermediary, bot, exchange, or court will accept a particular case. A linked-platform kill switch can stop trading access while leaving the provider payment, membership, and complaint unresolved.

- 1
Stop the next charge
Use the provider or checkout cancellation route and record the paid-through date. A Telegram block or app deletion does not stop an external subscription.
- 2
Revoke trading authority
Inventory open orders and positions, then delete the linked exchange key or platform connection. Cancellation and API revocation are separate controls.
- 3
Preserve the evidence chain
Keep the invoice, transaction hash, checkout identity, policy wording, cancellation state, support transcript, ticket ID, and key-deletion confirmation.
- 4
Use the documented escalation
Distinguish provider support, payment intermediary, linked platform, formal complaint address, and court or regulator boundary. They do not own the same problem.
Empirical findings
The exit route is fragmented for most of the cohort
Provider self-service
Learn2Trade, 3Commas, CoinCodeCap, Raven, and Dash 2 Trade publish a user-controlled provider or checkout cancellation action.
Platform kill switch only
Wolf, Binance Killers, Bitcoin Bullets, and Crypto Inner Circle expose a linked exchange or API control that does not resolve provider recourse.
No current route
Six records expose no current attributable executable recourse chain on the reviewed public surfaces.
No paid trigger observed
CoinSig’s reviewed public service is free and requires no account or payment, so cancellation and refunds do not apply to that route.
Release gate: 16/16 fresh sweeps, 9 current user-controlled provider or linked-platform exits, 5 routes with at least two recourse stages, and 8 formal-escalation or emergency-control records. These counts pass the fixed publication thresholds; they are not market prevalence.
Sixteen-provider matrix
Cancellation, refund, disconnect, and escalation are separate columns
Read each cell as an action boundary. A current source can confirm a route without proving entitlement or outcome. A no-route result means the route was not found on the reviewed public surface; it does not prove that no private or logged-in route exists.
| Provider | Observed route | Stop renewal or access | Refund | Emergency disconnect | Support and escalation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3Commas dossier Open exit evidence | Provider or checkout self-service Web and mobile subscriptions; recurring billing depends on payment route and can be disabled while paid access remains active. | Current route confirmed Open Subscription History and use Cancel Recurring Payment. The paid plan remains active until expiry and later falls back to Free after any grace period. | Current sources conflict The global Refund Policy gives 15 days for a first subscription and 24 hours for later purchases; current Terms use a 14-day cooling-off description. EEA users have a separate route. | Current route confirmed Close active bots and trades, delete API keys at the exchange, then remove the exchange connection in 3Commas. Exchange-key deletion can suspend active platform trades, and removing the connection permanently deletes associated platform history. | Current route confirmed The provider publishes a 24/7 support widget and email intake. Formal complaints go to [email protected]. The published procedure promises acknowledgement within 72 hours and normally a final decision within 10 business days. |
| 4C Trading Signals dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route A historical subscription and exchange-API dashboard existed; the current domain exposes only a coming-soon page. | Historical only Historical dashboard material referenced subscriptions, but no current executable cancellation route was found. | No public route found No current refund process was found. | Historical only Historical documentation showed connected exchange API keys, but no current platform or current disconnect procedure was established. | No public route found The historical channel lists @Julien_4C and an old join bot; these are not treated as current support routes. No current complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Binance Killers dossier Open exit evidence | Linked-platform emergency exit only One-time USDT payments through the provider bot; the FAQ says plans do not auto-renew. | Not applicable The current FAQ says there is no automatic renewal to cancel. Access expires unless the user chooses to pay again. | Current route confirmed The FAQ and terms state that all sales are final and no refunds are provided. | Current route confirmed If Cornix was connected, revoke access in Cornix Accounts or delete the relevant key in the exchange API Management area. That stops trading authority but does not reverse the provider payment. | No public route found The current provider route exposes @BKCEO, email support, and @BKConciergeBot for plan management. No formal complaint or escalation ladder was found. |
| Bitcoin Bullets dossier Open exit evidence | Linked-platform emergency exit only VIP access is sold through a Telegram registration bot; no current public recurring-billing contract was found. | No public route found No provider cancellation, renewal, or access-end procedure was found. | No public route found No provider refund route or eligibility terms were found. | Current route confirmed If Cornix was connected, delete the relevant exchange API key to revoke trading access. This is a linked-platform emergency action, not a Bitcoin Bullets refund or complaint route. | No public route found The public route identifies @VIPBulletsBot for registration and @joe1322 as contact, but no support SLA or case process is published. No provider complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Bitcoin Trading Club dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route The exact assigned handle is dormant or minimally populated; a separate lowercase route advertises a lifetime offer without proven continuity. | No public route found No attributable cancellation, renewal, or access-end route was found. | No public route found No attributable refund process was found. | No public route found No attributable current automation or exchange-key disconnect procedure was found. | No public route found @primemod belongs to the separate lowercase route and is not attributed to the exact assigned handle. No attributable complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Coin Signals dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route VIP service is offered through a pseudonymous Telegram contact; no public checkout or billing contract was found. | No public route found No cancellation, renewal, or access-end process was found. | No public route found No refund policy or request route was found. | No public route found Auto trading is mentioned, but no API permission, unlink, revocation, or emergency-stop procedure was published. | No public route found @Last_Satoshi is the attributable VIP contact, but it is not documented as a support or complaint intake. No complaint or escalation process was found. |
| CoinCodeCap Signals dossier Open exit evidence | Provider or checkout self-service Current checkout uses InviteMember. Public pages disagree on which plans recur and on the refund window. | Current route confirmed Use InviteMember /status > Cancel Subscription or Manage membership > Cancel subscription. The platform normally preserves access until the due date. CoinCodeCap terms also permit renewal cancellation through account management or support. | Current sources conflict The terms state a three-day refund period; the current FAQ and contact page state seven days and direct requests to [email protected], with the contact page promising processing within 48 hours. | No public route found Optional Cornix and copy-trading routes are advertised, but no provider-specific public disconnect procedure was found. Use the linked platform or exchange controls if actually connected. | No public route found The provider publishes [email protected] and current contact routes. No formal complaint ladder was found; Indian law is named without a procedural escalation route. |
| CoinSig dossier Open exit evidence | No paid or connected trigger observed The reviewed public service is free and requires neither registration nor payment. | Not applicable No paid subscription or account relationship was found on the reviewed public service. | Not applicable No payment was required by the reviewed public route. | Not applicable No exchange-key, bot, or custody connection was found on the reviewed public route. | No public route found [email protected] and @coinsig_io are the public contact routes. No formal complaint or escalation process was found. |
| Crypto Bulls dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route The assigned Telegram handle is a contact-only profile. A same-name website publishes commercial terms but is not cross-linked to the assigned route. | No public route found No attributable cancellation or renewal route was found for the assigned provider. | No public route found The same-name website says early termination is not refundable except for extra or incorrect payments, but the rule cannot be attributed to the assigned @CryptoBulls route. | No public route found No attributable current bot or API disconnect route was found. | No public route found The assigned handle does not establish a current support operator or working account-recovery route. No attributable complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Crypto Classics dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route Premium access is routed through a Telegram admin; the last public price table that mentioned Cornix is historical. | No public route found No provider cancellation, renewal, or access-end process was found. | No public route found No provider refund terms or route were found. | Historical only A historical price table mentioned Cornix support. Current Cornix guidance allows exchange-key revocation, but current provider use was not re-established, so this is not counted as a current provider-linked exit. | No public route found @CCVIPCHAT is the current attributable Premium contact, not a documented support or complaint process. No complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Crypto Inner Circle dossier Open exit evidence | Linked-platform emergency exit only Monthly and lifetime access are offered through direct USDT or Binance-ID payment to a Telegram contact; renewal mechanics are not published. | No public route found No renewal, cancellation, or access-end procedure was found. | No public route found No provider refund policy or request route was found. | Current route confirmed If Cornix was actually connected, delete the relevant API key at the exchange to stop trading authority. This does not reverse direct USDT payment or resolve provider access. | No public route found @CICALEX is the provider-attributed contact, but no support case or escalation procedure is published. No formal complaint or escalation route was found. |
| CryptoSignaly dossier Open exit evidence | No current attributable route VIP and managed-plan contact remains on Telegram; the provider domain failed DNS resolution during the current sweep. | Current source inaccessible No current executable cancellation or renewal route was found. Previously indexed website text is not treated as current because the domain did not resolve. | Current source inaccessible Cached website text described signal purchases as non-refundable and a 48-hour support contact, but the current domain failure prevents treating that text as an executable current route. | No public route found No current bot or API revocation procedure was found. | No public route found @Kelvior is the VIP contact shown by current Telegram metadata, not a verified legal support or complaint recipient. No current complaint or escalation route was found. |
| Dash 2 Trade dossier Open exit evidence | Provider or checkout self-service Credit-card subscriptions auto-renew; D2T and ETH subscriptions require manual extension. | Current route confirmed Open My Subscription > Manage Subscriptions to cancel. The subscription page says cancellation is available but refunds are not. | Current route confirmed The subscription page and terms state a strict no-refund policy. Terms describe all subscription sales as final. | Current source inaccessible The provider-linked Binance API guide is the stated key-removal route, but direct access returned HTTP 402 during the 2026-07-11 sweep. Revoke the key directly at the exchange and verify open orders and positions before deleting the platform connection. | Current route confirmed Discord tickets handle support and complaints; privacy matters use [email protected]. Submit a Discord complaint with contact details and a clear reason. The terms assign unresolved disputes to Marshall Islands courts after attempted amicable settlement. |
| Learn2Trade dossier Open exit evidence | Provider or checkout self-service Recurring Premium signal subscription; L2T Algo is a separate product route. | Current route confirmed Log in and use the Cancellation page, or email [email protected] with the registration email and Telegram username. The published process says cancellation stops recurring payment and removes Premium Telegram access. | Current sources conflict The general terms allow a written request within 30 days for the first signal product and exclude discount-code purchases, while the L2T Algo page separately promises a no-questions-asked 30-day refund for every tier. | No public route found No current provider-published copy-trading or exchange-key disconnect procedure was found for the reviewed route. | No public route found [email protected] and the public contact page are attributable intake routes. No formal complaint ladder or independent escalation recipient was found on the reviewed public pages. |
| Raven Trading Pro dossier Open exit evidence | Provider or checkout self-service Raven Signals Pro subscriptions can be cancelled in My Account or through the provider bot; the assigned Raven Trading Pro alias remains an attribution boundary. | Current route confirmed Cancel in My Account, or use @ravensignalsprobot /status > Cancel subscription. The published process stops the next charge while access continues through the paid period. | No public route found No explicit current refund rule or request route was found on the accessible provider pages. | Current route confirmed Cornix users can revoke access in Cornix Accounts or delete the exchange key. This must be done separately from subscription cancellation. | No public route found [email protected] is the attributable provider support route. No formal complaint or escalation ladder was found. |
| Wolf of Trading dossier Open exit evidence | Linked-platform emergency exit only VIP access is presented through a WEEX referral and deposit funnel rather than a documented provider subscription contract. | No public route found No provider cancellation, renewal, access-end, or refund procedure was found. | No public route found No provider refund terms or executable request route were found. | Current route confirmed A user who entered through the WEEX funnel can use WEEX App > Security > Delete account; WEEX says review normally takes one business day. This closes the exchange relationship, not a Wolf provider contract. | No public route found @wolfoftradingteam is the provider-attributed contact; WEEX separately exposes help, chat, and appeal routes. No provider complaint or escalation ladder was found. WEEX appeal is a platform route only. |
Recourse posture
The strongest supportable posture wins
The posture taxonomy is evaluated from R5 to R0. Conflicted, historical, inaccessible, and platform-fragmented conditions remain flags rather than competing postures. No record earns R5 because no provider exposes a complete, current, conflict-free chain across every applicable layer.
| Posture | Providers | Definition |
|---|---|---|
| R5 complete executable chain | 0 | Every applicable layer is current, executable, confirmable, and source-backed. |
| R4 partial self-service | 9 | At least one user-controlled provider or linked-platform exit is current, but another applicable layer, remedy, or escalation stage is missing or conflicted. |
| R3 support-dependent | 0 | A current attributable support intake exists, but staff must perform the exit or remedy and no stronger self-service route was found. |
| R2 policy-only | 0 | Current terms describe cancellation, refund, or support boundaries without an executable public route. |
| R1 no current attributable route | 6 | A current or historical offer exists, but no current attributable public recourse route can be established. |
| R0 no recourse trigger observed | 1 | No current payment, account, access, automation, or custody relationship was found on the reviewed public route. |
Nine records reach R4 because at least one user-controlled provider or linked-platform exit exists. Six stop at R1 because a current or historical offer exists without a current attributable public recourse route. CoinSig is R0 because the reviewed public route has no payment, account, access, automation, or custody trigger.

Method and limitations
What was checked, and what was deliberately not tested
Fixed cohort and dated sources
The cohort comes from four committed provider-research files at baseline commit 5dcd30b2b1a0da9bacbaeec08244190dae19a49f. The recourse layer was rechecked on 2026-07-11. It records 56 source assignments with stable IDs and preserves attribution, state, locator, supported fact, and confidence.
Five independent layers
Each provider has billing cancellation, refund, automation exit, support, and complaint facts. Their states are limited to confirmed current, conflicted current, historical only, not found, inaccessible, and not applicable. One layer cannot silently fill another.
No destructive or authenticated testing
No account was created, no paid membership was cancelled, no refund was requested, no support or complaint ticket was sent, no bot was blocked, no exchange account was deleted, and no API key was revoked. Published response windows remain provider statements, not observed service performance.
No-route is a public-surface result
No-route-found means no executable route appeared in the reviewed public first-party provider or linked-platform surfaces. A route can still exist behind login, after purchase, in a private message, or under a different regional contract. The page therefore says no public route found rather than claiming that no route exists anywhere.
Provider remedy versus platform control
Cornix, WEEX, InviteMember, an exchange, a card issuer, and a provider can each control different parts of the relationship. Revoking trading authority does not stop recurring billing. Cancelling billing does not close open positions. A refund request does not prove refund eligibility.
Conflict preservation
Learn2Trade, 3Commas, and CoinCodeCap publish conflicting refund or renewal wording. The audit does not choose the more favorable statement. It exposes the conflict and recommends acting within the shortest published deadline while requesting written clarification.
SEO and generative search
One non-commodity canonical, not a page for every query variant
Google’s current generative-search guide says ordinary SEO remains foundational, valuable non-commodity content matters more than special AEO or GEO tricks, and query-variation fan-out can become scaled-content abuse. This release therefore publishes one original provider-level dataset and one canonical page. It does not create provider, audience, cancellation, refund, bot, or complaint keyword variants.
The page uses ordinary crawlable HTML, descriptive links, a self-canonical URL, one dedicated sitemap URL, Article, Dataset, and BreadcrumbList schema, and immutable public JSON and CSV distributions. Structured data expresses the dataset honestly; it does not guarantee indexing, ranking, a rich result, AI visibility, or citation.
The optional LLMS synopsis is retained for systems that choose to use it. Google says llms.txt neither improves nor harms Google visibility. No AI-specific provider-verdict schema exists or is implied here.
- Google guide to optimizing for generative AI featuresSupports one non-commodity, people-first, technically clear canonical; Google says ordinary SEO remains foundational and warns against query-variation fan-out.
- Google Dataset structured data documentationSupports truthful Dataset identity, provenance, version, and downloadable distributions without implying indexing or a rich result.
- IndexNow documentationSupports one release notification after publication; an accepted response only proves receipt.
- Telegram FAQSupports blocking a bot and account-session controls; these platform actions do not cancel an external provider subscription.
- Cornix secure client invite revocation guideSupports Cornix-account and exchange-key revocation while preserving the boundary between trading access and provider recourse.
- InviteMember recurring-subscription cancellationSupports bot and membership-page self-service cancellation for provider routes that actually use InviteMember.
Discovery is not indexing
Indexing, ranking, AI visibility, and citation remain separate outcomes
This canonical uses technical eligibility signals and will be submitted through its dedicated sitemap and one IndexNow notification after publication. A successful fetch, sitemap status, or indexing request proves only the stated technical event. It does not prove that Google has indexed the page, that it ranks for any query, or that an AI system has cited it.
Search Console is the source of truth for Google indexing state. Ranking claims require measured query data. AI citation claims require a reproducible cited response. Until those states change, the release record must say public, crawlable, and submitted, not indexed, ranking, or AI-cited.
